10 Favorite (Easy) Gluten-Free Foods

After 15 years of a maintaining a Gluten-Free Diet, because of a shocking Celiac diagnosis, I have become an expert on Gluten-Free products and restaurant options.


FYI...I am not a good cook, so, if it looks too hard to make, I'm just not going to do it. lol.


Here are my go to foods. The things I make and have in my house every day. We do eat a lot of veggies but this is not that post...



1. Cheese burger with a fried egg, bacon and avocado.


I don't even miss the bread when I have a burger this good!

2. Smoothie Bowl:


Smoothie: Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, almond milk, and honey. Add granola, bananas and strawberries if you have them around. Gluten free, Grain free and Dairy Free.




3. Chicken Tenders


While pricey, these are the awesome. They are the best GF tenders I have found. Hook them up with your favorite sauce and you are in business. I like them best out of the microwave. And, you can always cut them up to add to other dishes.


Pro-tip:

Read the labels. There is often gluten in bbq sauce, steak sauce, and teriyaki sauce.

4. Caulipower Pizza - Garlic bread or Custom Pizza


This pack comes with 2 crusts. I really like to drench the crust with olive oil, garlic and onion powder, throw on some cheese and bake for about 6 minutes, until crispy. I had not eaten garlic bread in so long because of the grains and empty calories. This one is SO yummy and my stomach still feels good afterwards.

5. Chicken Salad Bowl - Deconstructed


I mentioned that I am not a cook. So, I love this bowl (plate) because it is easy and so good!


Chicken (cut up rotisserie chicken), grapes, apples, walnuts, cucumbers, and a side of mayo.

6. Toasted Spinach & Cheese Sandwich


I was late to the game on Cloud Bread. Cloud Bread is made from eggs, it is GF, grain free, Keto friendly, and is ridiculously soft. I really have not found anything quite like it.


I like to toast it up slowly, on both sides, with butter, melt the cheese, my preference is pepper jack, and throw on a handful of spinach. So good.




7. Cauliflower Hash Browns


These brought me back to my childhood. They are a better than hush puppies, and potato patties. They are light and airy and SO good. We put them on the side of at breakfast, and dinner.




8. Chicken Egg Rolls


These egg rolls from Feel Good Foods are a family favorite. There are not many options for GF egg rolls out there. And, You will not be able to order egg rolls from a restaurant. Sadly, there are only 3 in a box...We cut them in half.





9. Bread


I try hard to stay away from bread and eat cold cuts rolled up or on lettuce wraps, but sometimes you need toast, a begal, or a grilled cheese. These are my Go Tos.





10. Chips


Every once in a while I have to have chips to go with my burger, sandwich or quac. Here are my favorites.
