Running with Keith Morrison, lol



So, I am over 40 and it is a new reality.

I have to pop on my shoes and get out there.



My body needs 30 - 90 minutes of physical activity every day to just maintain.


I had a trainer once tell me you can’t outrun your fork, as hard as I try.





But, if I miss a day, not a big deal, because life is going to happen!

Work and family, are going to get in the way of workout time - sometimes.


If you are a 4 or 5 am - er, You Rock…But, I just can’t…


My rule of thumb, don’t get disappointed, just get back to it.


A couple of things I love to have with me when I’m out walking, running or biking are: my fitness watch to track my heart rate and distance, my phone in case of emergencies, and I am always ready with an awesome podcast.



Right now, I am bingeing Dateline. Keith Morrison’s is priceless!

Am I right?


Anyway, I just got back into running a couple of months ago. I am using a very cool running App. It has been extremely effective. It gives you intervals of running and walking to build endurance.


I went from struggling to run for a couple of minutes to being able to run 30 plus with no issues.


This is what I’m doing. Find out what’s right for you.
