I am a writer, producer, content creator, professor and adventure seeker and this blog is a place to share some of my creativity with you.

Like may of you, I am always writing and brainstorming ideas. The writing resources part of my site is a place to learn and lean into the ideas that live on my many stacks of yellow notepads. (Here is where all my students laugh).

I started working in television years ago and I've been absolutely obsessed with film and television every since! Whether it's the latest binge-worthy show or must-watch movie, I'll be sharing my recommendations and what makes them so captivating. Get ready for reviews, insights, and discussions about all things entertainment. Trust me, your watchlist is about to get a whole lot longer - only the good stuff!

I've been living gluten-free for over 15 years, not by choice but necessity, because of Celiac Disease, and I've discovered some incredible restaurants, food, and some amazing recipes that are amazing. I'll share my gluten-free tips, tricks, and recommendations.

Projects and design also have a special place in my heart. I've had the privilege of working on some fun projects throughout my personal and professional life, both big and small. I'll be sharing insights into the creative process.

Last but not least, I'll sprinkle in some social commentary. There are things that need to be said, and for a long time I politely stayed away from expressing my thoughts and opinions publicly. But, silence has turned dangerous. Expect some engaging content that will hopefully spark more conversations.
